My Room

Haifa art museum

An installation for the group exhibition for children “My Room”  - a co-production between Haifa art museum and the children magazine Adam Tsair which deals with the topic of children’s room as interpated by Israeli illustrators.
The installation presents a large door covered with stickers which has a peeping hole in it.
When looking through it you can see what’s hidden behind this door in a form of an animation loop.
The work is influenced by my habit of sticking any sticker I received with the children’s magazines I was subscribed to as a kid on my room’s door to the horror of my mom. I still keep sticking any sticker I get but gladly on my sketchbooks instead of doors.
